Koala Alliance is currently applying to become a registered Australian charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. We are not currently taking donations until our charity status is finalised. 

The Koala Alliance is a volunteer-led organisation dedicated to advocating for the protection and conservation of koalas. To date, our work has been made possible entirely through the generosity of our supporters, with funding coming solely from donations and memberships.

We are currently applying to become a registered Australian charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. This will allow us to offer fully tax-deductible donations, making it even easier for individuals and organisations to support our mission.

Founded in response to the urgent need for stronger action, we are committed to driving real change to better protect koalas and their habitats.

Our work simply wouldn’t be possible without the continued generosity of the public. Every contribution big or small helps us protect koala habitats, advocate for stronger environmental protections, and ensure a future for this iconic species.
